Incredible benefits are available here for employees. The training programs made my onboarding easier. Working here has been smooth because of an equipped team. The team is passionate, knowledgeable, and skilful. My colleagues are good to learn from. I look up to them because of their nature as well.

communicating with company's top management is just so seamless. Its expectations from me are always practical, along with being easily attainable. At Aurigo Software Technologies, I have observed an open-door policy to be sincerely followed. It encourages all the employees to come and share their concerns. Everything is really professional here. We have a system of marking attendance here. I've never experienced anything bad while punching in my attendance. There's is a system of applying earned and sick leaves. HR is understanding and has always met my needs. Things can be customised for the employees. It is quite a chill workplace.

My seat was very comfortable. But it got exchanged. The other one isn't as comfortable as that one.

All the theoretical knowledge that I gained during my education was comprehensive. I needed practical knowledge as well. With Aurigo, I collected so much experience. It has done full justice to my education, allowing me to make complete use of it. This has been my best first work experience.

The office is centrally air-conditioned. There's is no way I can turn off the office as and when I like. It feels super chilled sometimes unless I am carrying a warm jacket.

Every employee is respected here, no matter what. I have noticed that those who worked here previously are positively talked here. This is one of the things that I have noticed less in several companies. The existing employees get to enjoy a really good environment. A team of managers is there that attends to the employees nicely. They never show their superiority to us either.

In the cafe, a few machines work but they have become a little outdated and take longer to make food.
