There's NOTHING TO LIKE about this company. Designers here are very poorly paid and treated, unless you have someone in the managerial or above level as your relative. One miss conception in their design department is "If you stay in the company for longer hours (like 6:30am to 6:30pm) you are working very good" and "If you are going on time(6:30am to 3:00pm, 1st shift) then you are performing poorly or doesn't want to work" . YES Designers also have to work in shifts (official timings of shifts not applicable for the dept.) there like a layman. Distribution of shifts is also bias. HOD of the department (under which I worked Most during my tenure) is arrogant and lacks Knowledge and sense, only has experience on the basis of which he talks, and doesn't listen at all (He keeps repeating same words again and again). You will be poorly paid and the increments are very low (8 %- 10% max), If you are not someone's relative there. Please if you considered to be as knowledgeable and smart, please don't join this company as especially as a designer (Unless you have to choose Between Death and AEL). I was working in the design department R&D center and all there was politics and favoritism. You will get easily hired if you are relative of someone how is in the authority, even if you don't have required skills or Knowledge. Thank you.

Much more sallery deduction , GDC division culture is not good , people's not work in team work. I don't know other plant culture but i'm work in this plant 2 year .At time I leave this company due to some reasons.
