Aujas is a good company pays nice but not to there own employees. When anyone is try to get a job in Aujas ask for the maximum you can ask. Dont expect that they will give you next year appraisal with nice hike.. even though you give RCE in all the application you won’t get any salty hike more than 12% .. also Aujas never support there employees if Client is complaining an consultant they will blame them not even ask a single question to the client just they don’t want to lose the clinet... so for employees support will rate 0....Read More
