The Company is formated in 2013 it's process outsourcing company I have spent here 1.5 year's.It there is no longer opportunity and less employee satisfaction and also HR policy very poor & no have any authority of HR person everything control by company owner therefore after hiring employee they have provided the offer letter after6 months and if any employee want to separation they are not provided the relieving letter....Read More

Very less opportunity and competition is very bad work culture nod good exploiting to employee no job security and partially in annul appraisal HR policy so bad salary deductions without any pre information HR has not any leave track record of employee always pressurised for extra work without any extra benefits always call on Saturday Sunday for work without any compensation.
