1.The work environment is professional and having positive attitude towards tasks. 2. Tasks are well scheduled, making it easy to plan and prioritize the work.

...s. 2. Review and modify the sandwich leave policy to make it more supportive. 3. Ensure salary payments are credited on fixed date every month. 4. considering implementing mandatory weekends off to enhance work-life balance.

Very worst they not follow law they not given extra time workings pay and not given leave as per law continuesly given work no rest and salary date also tooo late that's also not a fixed date not given Audit expense also on time

Late salary or arrear, no hike, only one leave in a month that to if taken more than that then loss of pay. Leave should be provided in annual basis. A month’s leave cannot be saved and used in next month. No professional work experience.

Limited holiday's i.e., 12 working Days with 2 Saturday as working plus sandwich leave policy. Also, no block leave concept and in addition no permit to work from home. Also work timings are 10:00 to 7:00 i.e., 9 hours.
