The management couldn't be more supportive. Herein we get free hand to try new things at work without being afraid of the outcome of it.

Dislikes

The only drawback of working here is the absence of a proper appraisal structure. Though COVID is a major reason behind it but employees could be updated atleast.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
