Everything!! It’s a place where they will take unofficial feedback from your boss and then will assume whatever previous boss will state. While working one would get comments on clothes and would required to work on off as well. Commenting on personal life is a KRA of Mangers like Ritesh Sharma. Delhi HR team- worst team to work with specially the MANAGER.

AU is a good bank for customers because, it provides all the facilities which customer need it. My experience say that choosing of AU is a very good decision. In this the HR policy is well and good . JUST GO FOR IT.

This is not a work place to work for a fresher. Everyone is just so much toxic and unruly behaviour. Their top management thinks you should work on your weekoff days also. So they call you also on weekoff and after of office hour. Actuall office time is 9:15 to 6:15, but if they think they will torture you it can be stretched to 8:30. As per my analysis AU Bank is following traditional way of banking which was already adopted by existing banks 10 years ago. It need to adopt the new ways of monitoring & technology. Especially it's policy makes bankers to onboard average rate of customers and after onboarding those its makes to monitor very high end. As a result customers would get fed up with those practices. At ground level service employee are getting criticism who are good in customer service but not doing any sales The thing is only asked for sales and only sales if we need to do sales then why we had joined service team Senior always talk in sarcasm way in front of everyone rather being if it's employee or any customer and never appreciated for doing good in all terms of customer service

Work is ok, no one pressurising to make it worse.

Similar working. Need to do night shifts ( and maintain attendance). HR dept is very bad. Except work, they are expecting everything. Not releasing bonuses on time. Attendance management is also bad who is doing night shifts.

the process policy of the bank is good, the working culture is good, the work strategy is very good, working time and personal time are managed very well, when you can manage both well, then you can do the work even better

If there is a little delay, half day's attendance gets marked, I don't like this, otherwise everything is correct
