I would say a proper balance for development of oneself both in career and hobbies as well, got pretty chill management and supportive whenever need.

Have to learn majority by own no one is gonna spoon feed, yet the way of teaching is little different at Atul many won't get few will.

Even if you don't have a job, don't join Atul. Highest levels of politics. They are still in Raja & Maharaja times. Your sincearity and hardwork has no meaning at all. Your performance would be based on opinion of few who themselves are fighting among themselves and will make u a scarp goat. Worst organisation and it's culture.
