Talking about my experience, I joined the company after completion of my engineering studies ie after my semester 8 in the month of June. And learnt that the company had to offer a lot to me. I was appointed as a trainee site engineer initially and after 6months I became a permanent site engineer. Being the only Female site engineer, I can say being a site engineer is not an easy job. The role offers or rather requires you to be bothcalm and violet 😅.
