Honestly speaking, there's nothing to like about this company if you are in the technology department. Still I would say work-life balance is a pro here as there isn't any work to do and you'll get all the time for yourself. Be in this company to waste as much of it as you can.

This is strictly from the technology domain perspective. I hope anyone thinking of joining the technology team of ATS will be mindful of these points and this review as a whole before taking the dreadfy decision of joining this company. - Zero work ethics. - No connection with technology whatsoever. The tech stack used is highy mediocre, non-resilient, fragile and outdated. - Delay in salaries. It's almost like a dream. - No benefits. - PF amount gets deducted but never gets credited to your EPFO account. - No hike. Appraisal is a myth here. - Lacklustre work environment. Feels like some government back office. - Worst of all, visionless and incompetent higher management. There's a leader missing in this company and in the technology department to drive it forward. - No path defined for future development work. I LOVE THE FACT THAT I AM PART OF A TEAM THAT MARKETS RELIABLE, HIGH -QUALITY PRODUCT AND HAS A GLOBAL CLIENT BASE. BUT IN SITE TRAVEL IS COMPLETELY DEPENDENT ON YOUR PROJECT AND CLIENT LOCATION.ANOTHER PLUS POINT IS THAT MY COLLEAGUES COME FROM VARIOUS CULTURAL BACKGROUNDS AND WE WORK HAPPILY.
