Good compensation ans hike compared only to other service companies, management is good, hard work is appreciated. Easy to change technology within company. They encourage certifications as well

Infrastructure is very bad. Public shauchalay type washrooms. Too much work frm home culture with many employees misusing it. No lay offs again with many employees exploiting it. Very less/almost no onsite oportunities for technical people. Free transport is not cancelled. No funding for team outing or any activities

Remember Atos is still not a CMM level5 co. They have the big clients but still the company is not having the MNC work culture style

1- Its still depends on your project manager which project and where you put up 2- the company still strict on dress code , poor work culture , still the old sir/madam culture

The only thing which I dislike about Atos policy is the three months notice period that needs to be served. I think notice period policy should be as per designation.
