1. All corporates/companies do share a common mistake of not able to synthesize the workdoing human resource upto the true satisfaction level of the employee himself. This mistake is of not allowing his/her will to shread the effort and knowledge on the task. It can be done in controled environment of office supervision. It happed with me, i was with an experiment of humming noises and wanted to move further for resonating frequencies of different stator materials. But the project switched. I dealt with tunning part largly. Joined service team initially done training, then different projects from small circuits in KIKAD to circuit/PCB designing/making and from documentaion of experiments performed in lab to the exciting experiments and issue

The company is under a very good management. We will competing with IIT and the rate of developing the skills increases drastically.

Dislikes

The finance department is quite dull. The emoluments and reimbursements are not done on time which is major disadvantage in this company.
