The products of the company, its motto and the total savings of the electricity it contributes, now already, gives you a true motivation, why you should ponder into with your brain, as an employee, and thinks for the growth of the product. 2. Cohesive culture of R&D, a place of desire for any college passout, looking for jobs in motor, specially BLDC. 3. Well equiped lab. 4. Good variety of arenas(job type), you can have time pass on and gain multitasking skill set's tag. 5. A good and gentle flow of communication for both up and down streams

...d 2. Communication can be more general and yet restores/maintains the primes. 3. You have to speakup for the salary hike, although happens occasionally. 4. No saturdays off:😬😅 5. No work from home or other new models of office culture.

Good Pay and increment, Genuine expenses reimbursements and Incentives - this has been uncompromised by the organization from the beginning. They pay good and also rewards very well to the performers interms of Good appraisals hike and ESOPs. etc and growth opportunities in the career.

Impatient Behavior of CORE Team- They always set aspirational target which is good, sometimes those aspirations remains unfulfilled at that time they become more frustrated and they don't know how to handle the situation. And they take haste decision and create a lot unnecessary pressure to the bottom line employees and medium level employees. Sense of Insecurity - They judge the people too frequently and create perception about the people rather focusing on challenges of the situation and due that recent exit of old human resources and continuous pressure on other team members have created sense of Job Instability. However, it's very young organization but they also need some experience management team members who create good culture in the organization. Slow in Business Diversification and New Launches has created a lot pressure on existing line of business.

HR initiatives are there but HRBP is worst selfish and cunning. Unlimited leaves just for the name sake instaed they shd have leave policy so that an employee can leave on his own from balance

.... No motivation and personal touch with people, just as a slave working culture. Please do not join for the salary, they grab employees from good organization by money and dump them after joining

This pay working style is good and no confuse in new product and old product. Yes, it is removed every time, for which there is a separate training group, so that we can make people aware of any problem with the product.
