Have to chase the team members and buddies. No clear training for new joiners and training patterns also not available have to chase different managers and seniors to get things done which usually takes a lot of time

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
