You just need to search for suitable higher positions, crack the interviews, and get placed within the group . You should stay a minimum of 2-3 years to be eligible to apply. Hours system and the unnecessary hurry on 20th for filling the timesheet. Not good for electrical team. They don't have any tasks but still forces you to fill the timesheet. No MNC culture at all.
