The management. There is quite a lot of office politics and they'll not let you grow within the organization unless you become a spy of theirs and praise them 24/7. They keep a spreadsheet to monitor if employees come to office 3 days a week. You'll be asked to come 4 days the next week if you by chance miss a day the current week.

I find it challenging to prioritise my workouts due to demanding workload and project deadlines.
