The senior leadership is confused. They did not hesitate to downgrade all the ASMs and AVSMs to team members. Stopping salary increments, promotions is OK for the leadership. Not paying variable on time is OK for the leadership. Job security does not exist in this company.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
