No Professionalism and short sightedness of management driving sales. Threats of putting people in PIP. Stocks are not provided hy company timely and absolutely zero intrest of management in understanding the market feedback. Very much absorbed in perception of their own to drive market

What I disliked about the company was the favoritism in assignment allocation, where interesting projects often went to the right connections or who made the most noise (even if the noise does not make any sense). The supposed spirit of collaboration was absent, with many focusing on self-promotion rather than developing ideas. Performance reviews were flawed, heavily influenced by managerial opinions, regardless of their understanding of key architectural decisions, and there were no opportunities for skip-level manager meetings.
