Last year culture was good. Product is good. Coffee/Tea is on the house in the office.

Poor leadership at CBO, BO, PnL levels. Delayed appraisals. Delayed Variable Performance Pay. Seems like a cartel being formed at the leadership levels who report to the Founders. Program Managers work like fools which is mostly irrelevant in maximum functions right now.

What I disliked about the company was the favoritism in assignment allocation, where interesting projects often went to the right connections or who made the most noise (even if the noise does not make any sense). The supposed spirit of collaboration was absent, with many focusing on self-promotion rather than developing ideas. Performance reviews were flawed, heavily influenced by managerial opinions, regardless of their understanding of key architectural decisions, and there were no opportunities for skip-level manager meetings.
