Management is pathetic…HR is useless and unaware of their own policies. Even if you complaint anything to HR, nothing happens to managers. Most importantly, anytime the management will come and tell you “we were doing some experiments and we failed so you have 2 months to search job, good bye”. Managers think its their own kingdom and we are their slave

What I disliked about the company was the favoritism in assignment allocation, where interesting projects often went to the right connections or who made the most noise (even if the noise does not make any sense). The supposed spirit of collaboration was absent, with many focusing on self-promotion rather than developing ideas. Performance reviews were flawed, heavily influenced by managerial opinions, regardless of their understanding of key architectural decisions, and there were no opportunities for skip-level manager meetings.
