In Asus I like the product of the company peoples and Thier culture. But for me unfortunately I will not able to make satisfied my reporting Boss. I don't feel happy and always felt bad the way Boss has behaved me always. May be that's will be the reason which I have taken decision to quit Asus.

I worked Thier as a product manager in Asus for Kerala and Tamilnadu, I have travel across these two states and have to give classroom training for the products of Asus mobile phones and the process of the company. Also have to trained soft skitraining

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
