Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Astrum team is truly outstanding - We always have each others back. What I appreciate most is that management is hyper flexible and reasonable in their demand and expectation. This place is for any ambitious professional.

Dislikes

Not everyone can measure up to the company's exact requirements and may rather quit than work on it. Salary is competitive while profit participation is open across level which means you get payout as annual basis.
