Aston Carter hired me for Sunlife financials with a CTC of 2.84LPA including a lot of Deductable even health insurance and Statuatory bonus in CTC. They even not opened up about 1 Year of bond which one has to sign after completion of 1 year with Aston Carter in order to continue with Client's payroll. They have worst leave policy ihave ever seen 1.25 per month including .25 sick leave. In initial stage they told me that there would be hike of 20-25% but later it is nothing you have work on the same salary even after completing 1 year....Read More

There is nothing i like working with aston carter, Eveeything is messed you have to go for some mandatory training which are good for nothing because you are not working with Aston Carter. All other things are mention in upper part of review i.e like section. One more thing they also give you training for 1 week that is college to corporate with paying you a single penny.
