Financial Instability: - Sudden financial crisis leading to abrupt decisions impacting employee job security and morale. - Offered a 6-month unpaid work period without any assurance of salary payment afterward. Poor HR Practices: - The HR team was primarily focused on firing employees regardless of their skills or tenure. - Employees were pressured to resign under the threat of non-payment and unrealistic working conditions.
