75% employees are from the hospital opposite to it i.e. Columbia Asia Hebbal OR have worked with their CEO at Narayana Hrydayalaya. Rest of juniors had worked with the big doctors in their respective hospitals like M S Ramaiah (Remember, if not, the big Consultant will not join Aster ! So, can Aster miss a good Consultant, they'd rather poach their entire team (incl Customer care) from that hospital). I don't have anything against the hospital if you want to join a good brand in the international market & develop some skills but risk your short-stay ! Suddenly, in an out-of-appraisal season, specific employees get 40-50% hikes unintended (comes with an approval from a Consultant & CEO) ! Also, it has the highest attrition rate in Bangalore !
