This is the worst company I've ever seen and worked in my life. They are making fools to people who are working there. When i joined, that time they were not giving joining letter only to candidates. And now a days they are showing some yoga institute called "yoga for you", but behind that name there management is working. And theyhave separate building for back office work without any name. There salary structure is pathetic. They are earning so much but for employees they are giving hardly any money. They don't have proper website also. In website, no where you'll be able to find the address of the company. There is so much of negative vibes there. And they are treating their staffs who have left the company very badly. Salary structure worst. Now there salary is Rs.8k is salary. When I joined it was 5000 and that also after 6mths of joining you'll get. Initial 6mths it is Rs.4500 in hand. Management is very rude. They were not giving offer letter or joint letters also when I joined. So we don't have anything to show. Nobody knows about this company. Address also you'll not find in their website. Colleagues nature is depend on your nature. Environment is really bad. I left company within 6mths as it is waste of time to work there. I cant even prove anyone that I worked there as i don't have any letter to show. It's better if they'll work and treat their employees properly....Read More

Please yaha koi bhi apna time waste na kare, bahot hi cheap company hai. Bas inko kaam chahiye hota hai, promotion or increment ye sab to bhool hi jaiye. Half star k layak bhi nii hai.

As I have known till now it is one of those few US processes who have day shift which is not even rotational plus it is a non-voice process plus it is not a BPO plus you have fixed Sat-Sun off including all the major festivals offs also plus leave policy is very lenient plus it has a wonderful work environment plus all the colleagues are very helpful with no politics and biases plus the seniors are also very helpful plus you don't have stringent targets here as you are only given that which you can do....Read More
