Assa Abloy doesn’t believe in product training. So no training will be given. Company doesn’t have complete portfolio of products and even no one has idea of it. Still no software for order placing. All manual process. Assa abloy doesn’t believe in manpower. It is operating with 1/4th manpower of its competition but still expects same sales figure as competition. Too much costly product than competition. But still excepts better sales than competition. Mostly all competitions provide FOC samples to dealers for improving sales. But Assa Abloy doesn’t believe in that. No welcome kit for new joiners Excessive sales pressure but company doesn’t acknowledge their flaws. No benefits for dealers or employees like foreign tour, TOD etc....Read More

Never seen such an incompetent Management who do things as per their fantasies. Spending crores in Renovating an Office where nobody visits yet avg hike YoY is subpar. HR leader busy playing politics and showing no interest as to why people are leaving the Organisation. CFO hardly talks or rather hardly anyone listens to him. Had noguts to say anything or take any decision. Sales Heads bullying Management so that they get what they want. Nobody know why is "Head of ENOX" still working with Assa Abloy though the performance has been below par....Read More
