Management is extremely good. Good hikes Good in terms of treating employees. Aspire celebrate their success with employees by giving them coupouns and bonus. They treat you as they own you more like slavery. Once you are deployed to client location, they do not care about their employees. Zero Job security. Please do not join here you will definitely regret your decision. Better get an offer from these guys and use it as counter offer

- Pathetic set of HR's. They will be nice to you initially but will show their true colours after you leave. - Project manager wont do any duties. Appraisals are very less. Manager to employees relationships are very poor. HR interactions also very poor. Didn't get any respect when an employee completes the tasks. they forcefully gives low feedbacks to the employees

Good number of project with most of them running on latest tech stack and adapting to new technologies. Managers and HRs are easy to connect with even on Teams without formal schedules or calls.

Salary compensation could be disappointing sometimes. Its been a while that the hike was covered in April itself. Most of the time, the hikes are rolled out in mid of May and we always get them as arrears despite that the performance discussions complete by Feb itself.
