My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. Niche Product firm with good market presence after acquisition of Noble Systems. Their WFM product is world class. Good work life balance, you are not bugged on a weekend unless there is an emergency or a planned go live. Awesome colleagues to work with both onshore and offshore. Nice Salaries.

Highly unstable, management lacks vision which changes every 6 months. HR is invisible, Random layoffs, you can be asked to leave in a day's notice. This applies both to sales and professional services teams, Still focused towards on prem products when everyone is going towards cloud.
