They couldn't retain employees due to the current situation of covid. Also still FNF pending its been 7 months

They need to be more solution oriented and also I have seen they are not professional enough..all employees need to stick to time lines and respond emails on time.An official email needs to be taken seriously.sales force must be educated to understand and become responsible and be gentle and humble.
