As I told It's a Direct Sale Company, So it doesn't have fixed salary or income. We get Incentives only. Nodoubt Company's working plan is good & also the incentives is good enough but there is a lot of Politics & Competition. There were many training centres of the company where the working plan is shown to the clients or prospects.
