Work environment is amazing, you'll get to learn a lot from your superiors and subordinates. Decision making is also good here. You can plan and do things for your state and region according to the market you'll have full freedom

There is nothing to learn new. Moreover they will ask you to do work of other departments as well. If you leave office by 6 o'clock, the IMD of the company will ask you to work till late hours, No proper Policy for staff. No policy for promotion. Single digit increment since last three years.no work culture.

My work is so boring. As i was hired for Finance but they ask me to do operational work as well and in finance i just have to check bills & forward them for processing. No technical work.
