Job Description
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections and maintain necessary documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements in branch and warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with IT for software requirements and new system implementations.
- Communicate policy changes and promotions to distributors and staff.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management.
- Train staff on compliance standards and operational procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance awareness.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations and compliance initiatives.
- Oversee daily branch and warehouse activities, including inventory management and dispatching.
- Coordinate with Warehouse In charge and Branch In charge to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in branch and warehouse operations and compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and branch management systems and inventory control.
- Excellent understanding of compliance regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen.
- Detail-oriented.
Educational Qualification:
bachelors degree in Business Management or Administration & Finance, or related field.
Preferred Skillset:
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Fluency in Hindi language.
- Good communication and document drafting skills.
- Familiarity with anti-bribery and corruption policies.
