Well, asort gave me an opportunity to work with excellent and experienced staff members and management. I joined asort to make me fully capable of my abilities and knowledge. I found myself very happy and wealthy during time period of higher sales. I converted many leads to sales end. I am fully aware of my knowledge and my capabilities so my mission was to show my capabilities to staff members too, and I handled it very well. Well they gave me chance to grow further and they provided me higher tasks. I always comeup with new ideas and plans ( you can say thinking out of the box ) so i always keep on trying to apply those ideas to my sales and marketing and all. I like staff and management, i am kind of person who avoid all the negativity, so as far as any trouble concerns i always keep my head up and move forward to achieve my goals no matter what comes to my path. No harsh feelings for the organization i work for its a first golden rule.

I work 8 hrs, sometimes more than my time table as per situation. But my work life was good as i can say i get or manage my time to do my stuff ( my other planned works ) as well as my professional work too.
