I have completed 3 Years and 9 months in Asmoh laboratories limited and at any point of time I don't feel anything wrong here. Working atmosphere is very positive. Worst company culture, Worst behaviour of owner, no respact, Owner is laier, they offer something and later not agree on anything.

Dislikes

Very bad culture, they are like torturing employees. After went to overseas country they are not providing anything as written in contract. At the time of Yearly leave they denied or not talking for leave and not providing tickets. Also put blames as thief. All employees blamed and not got leave since 3 years and later no salary in time even no pay at leaving time. Idiot management.
