Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. Worst company culture, Worst behaviour of owner, no respact, Owner is laier, they offer something and later not agree on anything.

Very bad culture, they are like torturing employees. After went to overseas country they are not providing anything as written in contract. At the time of Yearly leave they denied or not talking for leave and not providing tickets. Also put blames as thief. All employees blamed and not got leave since 3 years and later no salary in time even no pay at leaving time. Idiot management.
