1. Need to maintain hierarchy and improve management. 2. Should start handling management stuff in a professional way. 3. Need to improve HR rules & regulations. 4. There is no job security so If people are good in politics or if they are close relatives then it is good for them otherwise it's just unprofessional. 5. They should start following the Indian Corporate rules and if they don't know that then hire someone who can help with the management so that employees can maintain the work-life balance. 6.
