I did not receive proper training for my job in initial stage. My supervisor and co-worker helped me but it was difficult sometimes

My basis job is to support the field officers when ever they require. I help them when issue occur in IT assets and other issues. I also help in disbursement process by booking, bank entry and approval. I keep records for every day disbursement.

Rest other department working well expect It - infra. I have done 3 years in Asirvad but i am not getting single parmotin. Other department every year getting good increment and parmotin.
