Work culture is good. We can enjoy our work. Team mates and top managers are supportive. Target rate given is afford to us and also can achieve after work for 3 or 4 months after joining.

Dislikes

Lack of job security, high pressure form top managers if target didn't achieve, carrier growth is impossible in there. Time duration of work is not fixed.
