Politics and management and union have hidden agendas. People who woek day in and day out are not recognised but demotivated by saying the performance is not because of ur effort. Bad work culture for eg: a person who sits late in office( beyond 8.30pm) is a good staff but a person who leaves office by 6 or 6.30 pm is not working properly. Worklife balance has become zero for the past two years
