There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive. Terrible work culture, forgot your work life balance, just do peak and month end and spoil your life here, Horrible work culture and work pressure. Company is not thinking about employees life , Employee doing peak till 12 mid night, average peak day's in a month about 15-18 days where you need to be there 12 mid night.

The senior sells person officers can not understand the problem of ECAs or lower level employees, they Are giving you only targets and pressure. This pressure can destroy you life rules regulations are very tough and unnecessary rule they will say follow it..

Work timings are flexible at vakola office Yearly increment is good. Covers family in insurance. Head Office and infrastructure is great Work culture totally depends on your boss. Getting promotion as become much easier now due to competition coming in the mkt.

Unnecessary building pressure even in off season Work from home allowed only for Assistant manager and above. Not even Hybrid policy is implemented Expected to work on sick leave & festivals also. Many bosses don't support their team so inspite of working hard u won't get job satisfaction Performance appraisals and Mid review pattern need some structure.
