Work culture, relationship with coworkers, relations with top management,the top management is very bad they need some training of soft skills and like how to talk and with their employees their behaviour is very bad. Outside food is not allowed but canteen food is very worst, lift is not allowed for the employees they have to use staircase up to the 7th floor. And for the management trainee duty hours is 11 hrs which is against the labour law. And salary which is given after 8 of every month. 1 minute late will cut the half day salary. Emergency sick leave is not allowed. They behave their employees as a machine not human....Read More

You have to do your job, no other options. You have to develop your skill and update yourself with current industry development and all skills are applied on daily work force. You have to manage time, work force, priority and strictly adhere with standard processes. For all these scenarios, AHI is a very good place to work. Nobody is allow to disturb you. You plan, develop and get results.

As contract staff like cafeteria using LB washroom and this washroom haven't soap etc, so that staff serving foods and that's is very pathetic. No one is observing this.

Working with Asian Heart is great opportunity because here after working the staffs automatically learn the discipline they know how to management the time. The Management conduct the training sessions regularly for the staff which helps the staff to know their best qualities which I dont feel the other hospital will do. This helps the staff to become a self confidant and responsible.

I personally dont feel any dislikes things about the Asian Heart. It is just in your mind how you think. If you feel and think positive then nowhere we feel any negative. Hence I can recommend not to focus on negative area which effects your mind. Their is not a single workplace where all the are areas are proper It is about how you take the thinks.

To allow staff to bring food from home, this would give employees more flexibility in managing their meals, especially for those who have dietry restrictions or prefer homemade for food for health reasons.

If you're into rigid policies, micromanagement down to the minute, and a monthly quiz where failing means you get reassigned to a random department - this place will feel like home. Favoritism and politics are clearly the norm here. Some employees get quick promotions based on who they know rather than their actual work and managerswho love to credit for your work. Always understaffed because of the worst work culture. Has strict 9 - 6 timings, and being a minute late will result in an HR call. Underpaid. No mobile phones are allowed.
