You have to do your job, no other options. You have to develop your skill and update yourself with current industry development and all skills are applied on daily work force. You have to manage time, work force, priority and strictly adhere with standard processes. For all these scenarios, AHI is a very good place to work. Nobody is allow to disturb you. You plan, develop and get results.

Dislikes

As contract staff like cafeteria using LB washroom and this washroom haven't soap etc, so that staff serving foods and that's is very pathetic. No one is observing this.

Management & Policies are the worst and can change anytime. The work pressure is very high. Management does not give any value to employers request and all nonsense restrictions are there in this hospital like no food allowance, phone restrictions.
