It's a very good company in regards to learning, your work life balance, company culture, no office politics, management is very supportive and no pressure when it comes to office timing if you have work you can stay back and complete it otherwise you can leave after 5 anytime.. they have 8 hrs working policy . friendly environment... and off course so of exposure.

Only thing which is not good about this company is salary packages. there benchmarking is way below the market standard their appraisal is way below market standard . they have a very flat hierarchy into a system so promotion comes once in a decade.. if you are somebody who want to have a easy life and don't have lot of ambitions this company is best for your retirement. also, please don't expect lucrative benefits and perks from the company your salary is everything....Read More
