Carrer growth / work environment : Nice to learn the technical things during training period , we will be given liberty to give the opinion on development activity, We are working as a family. get satisfaction on our work done at the time of release of product and the feed back from the marketing. Growth:: Few might have given opportunity for further growth but the company cannot hold the employee because opportunity outside is more, Salary / Appraisal policy: Good Salary compare to other Automobile industry and appraisal part Knowledge and skill will be given priority. Job security: we cannot expect the work relevant to the qualification, Hence new comers has facing the problem, .....jumping out. Appraisal: their is allotment in percentage to the department head for giving Increment and performance pay policy. these thing will be decided by the higher-ups with in the department, Their is no HR role.to check the actual happening,its the .negative.point should change then the knowledge of the higher ups will be ...... We can work comfortably though out your life span with out expecting much Promotion, increment, and performance pay , you will be taken care for health insurance policy, with the greater extent .
