Overall it's a good workplace, having long developed processes Which are well proven, professional working culture, developed infrastructure for r&d, production ,testing etc. Its company who value it's employees and stand with them when needed.

Job security: we cannot expect the work relevant to the qualification, Hence new comers has facing the problem, .....jumping out.
