There is a lot of things for learning because the staff in company is less than 20 so we can learn from any department. But the culture of company is too political and if the company staff noticed that you are balancing better than them the will start complaining about you to the MD who is already almost Mad. Staff is not supporting and they have a another type of attitude that they are working in their company since 30years so how can any new employee tell them about their mistakes. If you are work anthologist so it can be your mistake here. According to Ashnoor staff you can’t bypass them because if you did something good that’s mean it was done by them and if you did any mistakes so you will be the reason for loss of company. There is old staff who is working here from more than 30 years so they are too comfortable in their work. They are just getting there salary which is also not increased after corona but they are still working here, so anyone can understand how they are working here....Read More
