There is a lot of things for learning because the staff in company is less than 20 so we can learn from any department. But the culture of company is too political and if the company staff noticed that you are balancing better than them the will start complaining about you to the MD who is already almost Mad. The MD of company will never listen you and can also he start blaming you because the staff already fill MD ears.

Dislikes

... working here from more than 30 years so they are too comfortable in their work. They are just getting there salary which is also not increased after corona but they are still working here, so anyone can understand how they are working here.

The company is adopts latest technology. the company deal with international export especially to the US.

Dislikes

Compensation is hard, but growth is slow. pressure is high, some time work 10-12 hours in a day by staff member work. Also there is no job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is plain sometimes
