Likes

I get to learnt a lot about my work. I became multitasking, I learnt to take challenges, working environment is super comfortable. The owner, director, Hr manager and all the fellow employees are super helpful and appreciative.

Dislikes

The payment growth is one of the prominent dislike. And the working hours also an issue as it's 7am to 6pm

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
