Nothing to like here worst company to work for, everything depends on feedback they can even through you out of job if someone give negative feedback about you and give threats and yeah they only like buttering and favourite people so if you don't obey them they give negative feedback and can through you out to any department or from ASG asap, worst working culture senior junior discrimination (are we in school or college ye senior junior kya hota he workplace pe 😣 😄), long working hours, no increments, if you are planning for future then don't work here better to find a good stable job than wasting time here, attitude of doctors is worst they think employee as laborers and can insult you anytime, if you are educated and experienced don't waste time working here, no value for previous job experience and work, doctors attitude is like God's of ASG no value for employees here, overtime karwate he no extra pay for overtime, HR operates from jodhpur they don't know anything what's going on in company, pathetic culture no hierarchy koi bhi apne aapko boss samjhta he, employees gossip karte rehte he dinbhar bethkar, no mobiles allowed they cut salary if you use phone, memo cut for useless reasons (means deduction from salary), kaamchor log kaamchori krte rehte he ghoomte rehte he or workaholics pe poora kaam ajata he jo doosra nhi krta, no work monitoring bas chamchagiri karne wale aage badhte he is orgazation me pathetic place 👿 rotational shifts jinka koi sense nhi he isse better kisi ek shift me hi fix krdo 😡 totally unmanaged organization band hojayega hospital jald hi aisa raha to 😅...Read More
